Organic food producer's Education qualifications:-
In this field, a Degree level is not usually required, but an associate or bachelor degree may be important. The degree field is related to Agriculture, organic agriculture.
Experience: If you want to get a job soon, it's better to have experience in farming. How to deal with people in different areas, horticulture is required.

Process of Organic Certification in India.
- Receipt of application by an accredited organic certification body from the farmer.
- The certification body provides standards and operational documents to the farmer(s).
- There is an agreement of roles and commitments between the farmer and the body.

Salary Expectation of organic food producer:-

They can earn an average of ₹20 lakhs per year, mostly ranging from ₹10 lakhs to 48 lakhs per year based on 38 profiles. The top 10% of employers earning more than ₹ 35 lakhs per year.

Challenges
Financial problem:-
The financial problems are always not better than any field or any work.
According to IFOAM, “Organic agriculture is a production system that sustains the health of soils, ecosystems and people.
Many types of problems are here which are related to finance……..
1. Organic farmers
are facing a lot of problems in India including financial problems.
2. Farmers are facing financial difficulties during the conversion period to
Organic farming.
3. Study with 50
organic farmers who are certified in INDOCERT.
4. Descriptive
analysis has been used to understand the different types of financial problems
faced by Organic farmers in Wayanad.
5. Study found that financial problems due to climatic change are the main
problem faced by the organic farmers in Wayanad for both small and medium
farmers.
6. The last, not the least affected problem is financial problems during the certification procedure.
Societal pressure:-
A person who wants to do a job in an organic food company but when he realized who feel that society is evaluating this kind of job as a lower job then they move on a different kind of job, Because lack of information and guidance people or society are thinking that's kind of job is a very lower-division job and they never support to this kind of job, we know that society supports which kind of job or work is very respectful which is very popular in that time or very high paid jobs. That is a major reason very few people are interested in working in organic food production.
Parental pressure:-
A person who wants to become an organic food producer and his family
sometimes makes pressure but who knows it’s important they can understand. We
have to convince them of our solution. With time we have to go for a job in
this profession because we have to feed our family.
